REFUNDS

Refunds are processed using the same payment method that was used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.

• For payments via Przelewy24 – refunds are processed through the payment provider
• For card payments – the refund will be made to the card account used
• For PayPal – the refund will be made to the PayPal account
• For bank transfers – the refund will be made to the indicated bank account

Refunds are issued within 14 days after approval (e.g. return accepted or complaint resolved).
