1. ORDERS

Processing Time

The processing time depends on the selected payment method and product availability:

  • online payment (card, BLIK, PayPal) – 2–5 business days from payment authorization
  • bank transfer – 2–5 business days from payment receipt

For made-to-order products, the processing time may be longer and is specified in the product description.

Processing time does not include delivery time.


Shipping

Orders are shipped via:

  • InPost
  • courier services
  • Polish Post

Local pickup in Kraków is possible upon prior email contact.

2. RETURNS (WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONTRACT)

Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without providing any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after receiving the product.


How to Return

To withdraw from the contract, please inform us via email:

Return Conditions

  • the product must be returned within 14 days
  • the customer bears the cost of return shipping
  • the customer is responsible for any diminished value resulting from use

Refunds

Refunds are issued within 14 days from receiving the withdrawal notice.

The seller may withhold the refund until the returned item is received or proof of return is provided.


❗ Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • made-to-order products
  • personalized products

3. COMPLAINTS

Basis

The seller is responsible for the conformity of the goods with the contract.


How to File a Complaint

What to Include

A complaint should include:

  • name and surname
  • order number
  • description of the issue
  • requested action (e.g. repair, replacement)

Customer Rights

The customer may request:

  • repair
  • replacement

If this is not possible:

  • price reduction
  • withdrawal from the contract

Timeframe

Complaints are processed within 14 days.
If no response is provided within this time, the complaint is considered accepted.


Costs

If the complaint is accepted, the seller covers the related costs.
